In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook for 8–10 minutes, breaking the beef apart as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked through. Drain excess grease if needed.
Divide the lettuce among four serving bowls or arrange on a large serving platter.

Top with the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, onion, and tomatoes, if using.
