- 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled if desired
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth optional
Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Cut them into even sized wedges so they cook evenly.

Place the wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
