Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled if desired
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth optional

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Cut them into even sized wedges so they cook evenly.

  • Place the wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

  • Add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until all the wedges are covered in seasoning.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 °F.
