Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds salmon skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or regular paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels and place in a medium bowl.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over salmon and toss gently to coat. Let sit 5–10 minutes while air fryer preheats.
    2 Tablespoons olive oil, 1 Tablespoon soy sauce, 1 Tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Preheat air fryer to 400° F. Arrange salmon bites in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed). Cook 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway, until salmon is golden at the edges and flakes easily with a fork.
  • If desired, drizzle with a little honey before serving.
