1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400° F for 3 to 5 minutes.
Remove any silver skin from the pork tenderloin and pat the meat dry with paper towels.
1 pork tenderloin
Do not confuse pork tenderloin with pork loin. Pork loin is much larger and requires a longer cooking time.
Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil.
1 Tablespoon olive oil
In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, and black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the pork, rubbing it onto all sides.
Place the pork tenderloin in the air fryer basket. Bend or tuck the thinner end underneath if needed so it fits evenly.
Air fry at 400° F for 18 to 22 minutes, turning the pork over halfway through cooking. Check the thickest part with an instant-read thermometer. Remove the pork when it reaches 145° F.
Cooking time will vary depending on the size and thickness of the pork tenderloin and the style of air fryer.
Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Letting the pork rest before slicing helps keep it tender and juicy.
