Kielbasa:
- 14 ounces kielbasa sliced ½ inch thick
- 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Creamy Mustard Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- pinch coarse kosher salt
- pinch black pepper
Cook the Kielbasa:
Add the sliced kielbasa to the air fryer basket

Drizzle with avocado oil and shake the basket to evenly coat.
