Jello Rollups

Nonstick Cooking Spray

- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 3 ounces Jello 1 box
- ½ cup boiling water
Spray an 8 x 8 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Place the Jello powder in a medium-sized mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
Whisk lightly until powder is dissolved.
Add the marshmallows to the bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Remove and whisk again until there are no marshmallow lumps.
Pour into the prepared pan and place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Remove by gently pulling up one corner and slowly peeling it out of the pan.
Roll into a tight tube like you would cinnamon rolls. Place back in the pan and back in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
Remove and slice into ½ inch pieces using a sharp knife. Do not saw back and forth, one cut, straight down.
