- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1.9 ounces dry onion soup mix 1 packet
- 1 Tablespoon Worcheshire sauce
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 1 egg
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup 1 can
- 1 cup water
- .87 ounces brown gravy mix 1 envelope
- parsley optional, for garnish
In a large bowl combine the ground beef, onion soup mix, Worcheshire sauce, steak seasoning, egg, and bread crumbs. Divide into 4 patties.
In a large skillet over medium high heat brown the patties 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned.
Remove from pan and place into the bottom of your slow cooker.
In a bowl combine the cream of mushroom soup, water, and brown gravy mix.
Pour the gravy mixture over the burgers.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
Storage:
Store your leftover burgers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They should keep for up to three days.
