Ingredients

  • 1 round watermelon
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 3 Tablespoons confectioner's sugar
  • ½ cup strawberries slices
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup kiwi sliced and halved
  • ½ cup cantaloupe sliced and cut into small flour shapes

Instructions

  • Cut two slices of watermelon from the center of the melon.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together cream cheese, whipped topping, and confectioner's sugar.
  • Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the two watermelon slices, and smooth out evenly with the back of a spoon.
  • Decorate the fruit pizza with strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and cantaloupe flowers.
