Air Fryer Parmesan Potatoes

These parmesan potatoes are a perfect side dish for any meal, but they're just as delicious on their own as a tasty snack. And with their quick and easy preparation, they're perfect for those busy weeknights when you need something delicious but don't have a lot of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ½ cup grated parmesan + extra to sprinkle on top

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the potatoes, cut the potatoes in half, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix together oil, melted butter, salt, black pepper powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, chili flakes, and parmesan.
  • Add the potatoes and mix well.
  • Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Line the basket with parchment paper and arrange the potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes then toss and cook for another 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle some parmesan and chopped cilantro (optional) before serving.
  • Serve hot.
