Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. To help you remove them from the pan, make sure there is an overlap of the paper over the edges!
In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt down the 3 cups of chocolate chips at 30 seconds and stir each time until completely melted. Pour into a large bowl.
Use an electric mixer, mix on high for about 30 seconds. Next add the whole container of whipped topping into the bowl. Beat the chocolate mixture on medium for about 1 minute. This mixture is the musketeer bar filling, and it should be nice and fluffy!
Spread the fluffy chocolate filling into the bottom of the pan, spread evenly and freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and move onto a cutting board or other hard flat surface. Cut a very thin line around the entire edge of the square so it cleans it up.
Next cut into bite size candy bars (you should get about 16 Indvidual three musketeers)
Place them on a sheet pan and spread them out so they don’t freeze back together for 15 minutes.
While the bars are in the freezer, melt the almond bark in a microwave safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stir each time until completely melted (you can also melt the chocolate in a double boiler).
Take the homemade candy bars out of freezer and dip into the yummy chocolate mix tapping off excess chocolate and place back on parchment paper or a sheet of wax paper.
Place the finished candy bars back into the freezer or fridge for 20 minutes or until the chocolate coating is dry and firm.
