Crockpot Christmas Crack

Ingredients: – 24 oz. white chocolate almond bark broken into pieces – 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips – 12 oz. chocolate bark – 5 cups salted dry roasted peanuts – sprinkles optional

Spray the bottom and sides of your crockpot. Then place the peanuts in the bottom.

Add all of the chocolate on top of the peanuts. The order doesn't matter. Cover and set the crockpot on low  for one hour.

After one hour, stir the peanuts so they are all coated in the melted chocolate. Stir every 15 minutes until all the chocolate is melted and the peanuts are covered.

Use a cookie scoop to scoop mounds of the chocolate covered peanuts onto a baking sheet.

Immediately add sprinkles to the tops of the mounds. Let the cookies set and cool completely.
