APPLE CIDER BUNDT CAKE

This Apple Cider Bundt Cake is so delicious & easy to make. Using a hot apple cider glaze to soak into the cake as well as apple cider icing on top, it is a flavorful and decadent cozy cake for fall.

INGREDIENTS

Cake: - White cake mix - Vanilla pudding mix - Eggs - Butter - Apple cider Apple Cider Glaze: - Apple cider - Powdered sugar Icing: - Confectioner’s sugar - Apple cider

In a medium bowl of an electric mixer or food processor, combine cake mix, vanilla pudding, and apple cider.

Pour cake batter into a prepared bundt pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick interested comes out clean. The top of the cake will be golden brown.

While the cake is baking, make the glaze. In a small mixing bowl combine the apple cider and powdered sugar. Whisk to combine.

Stir together the confectioner’s sugar and 2 tablespoons apple cider until smooth. Drizzle over the top of the cake. Slice and serve.
