- 2 pounds ground beef you can use 1.5 pounds if that rounds out better
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium cans whole tomatoes
- 1 can beef consume
- 3 cans water
- 6 carrots chopped (not diced)
- 1 celery chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp salt
Brown beef and drain grease
Saute with chopped onion
Put beef and onion in stock pot.
Add other ingredients, stir
Simmer 1-2 hours.
