  • I can coconut milk full fat, not skim
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds


  • In mixing bowl, stir coconut milk, honey, and vanilla
  • Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
  • Stir in chia seeds
  • Pour into small containers (I used 4 oz. mason jars) and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours
