Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 2 standard donut pans, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Set aside.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all of the wet ingredients. A
dd the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Using a spoon, distribute the batter between the greased donut pans.
Bake 25 minutes.
After about a minute, carefully loosen the donuts from the pan and move to a cooling rack.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating in a large sealable bag.
One at a time gently, shake and roll around each donut (while still warm but no longer fragile).
