No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
These no bake peanut butter bars are adapted from Trisha Yearwood's amazing cookbook. They are simply divine!
- 2 cups thin pretzel sticks the small ones
- 1-1/2 sticks butter melted
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1-1/4 cups peanut butter smooth
- 1-1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
In food processor pulse pretzel sticks until they are fine crumbs (or place in bag and smash them with a utensil)
In medium bowl, mix together the pretzel crumbs, melted butter, confectioners' sugar, and 1 cups of the peanut butter
Press peanut butter mixture into bottom of an ungreased 9x9 pan
Melt remaining peanut butter and chocolate chips together in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between
When the chocolate mixture is smooth, pour over top of the peanut mixture in the pan
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and devour!
