Orange Crush Poke Cake
Servings: 12 servings
- 1 box white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup orange soda cold
- 3.5 ounces orange gelatin mix
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 12 ounces whipped topping
- orange sprinkles
1. Bake the Cake according to package instructions.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray bottom of 9×13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. (use clear glass pan)
In large bowl, beat box of cake mix, water, oil and egg whites with electric mixer on low speed until combined.
Pour the cake batter into baking pan and cook for length on package (probably about 25-30 minutes) or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Remove cake from oven and let cool in baking dish.
3. Add the Topping and Chill
