Crockpot Rotel Dip
This amazing Crockpot Rotel Dip is made with Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta cheese and spicy sausage.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground sausage
- 1 pound Velveeta
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 ounce can Rotel
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- chips and veggies for dipping
In a medium skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage.
Season with chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the meat to the bottom of your crockpot
Chop Velveeta into cubes and add to crockpot. Add cream cheese and tomatoes.
Put the lid on the crockpot and set on low for 2 hours.
Stir dip and serve hot with chips and veggies.
- Stir the dip regularly to keep it from browning on the edge.
- Brown the beef ahead of time and keep it in the freezer to make this recipe even quicker!
- Add Taco seasoning, or substitute it for the chili powder, for more of a Mexican flavor.
