Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Jalapenos
These Philly Cheesesteak Jalapenos are a super easy, perfectly cheesy and deliciously spicy appetizer for your next party or gathering. Serve them as they are or drizzle them with a little hot sauce for a little added kick of heat.

- 8 jalapeno peppers cut in half lengthwise and deseeded
- 9 ounces cheesesteak meat
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ onion, chopped
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- chopped parsley garnish
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, saute the meat until cooked through.
Add the worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Remove the meat and set aside.
Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium, and saute the onions and peppers in the drippings from the meat until softened. Remove and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, meat and vegetables until well incorporated.
Stuff the jalapenos with the filling mixture and top with the shredded mozzarella.
Place the stuffed jalapenos on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until done to your liking.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
