Ice cream sandwich pops are a simple dessert that are so much fun to make. Dip ice cream sandwich bars in melted chocolate Magic Shell and decorate with colorful sprinkles, candy pieces, and cookies! These are a perfect treat on a hot summer day.

  • 1 box ice cream sandwiches
  • Magic Shell chocolate syrup
  • Sprinkles

  • Crushed oreos

  • Cut ice cream sandwiches in half and place a popsicle stick in the ice cream portion, making a “popsicle.”
  • Place in freezer to refreeze for a few minutes.
  • Place Magic Shell syrup in microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds.
  • Dip ice cream pops in Magic Shell until all sides are covered.
  • Immediately dip the top in sprinkles and set on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  • Refreeze until ready to serve.
