Ice Cream Sandwich Cake
This ice cream sandwich cake is such an easy and fun dessert that's perfect for summer! It only takes 5 ingredients and about 5 minutes to whip up this creamy chocolate and vanilla frozen ice cream dessert that's absolutely delicious!

- 24 Ice Cream Sandwiches
- 16 oz. container whipped topping like Cool Whip
- 4 oz. chocolate syrup
- 4 oz. caramel sauce
- sprinkles
- Maraschino cherries
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Place 12 unwrapped ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the baking dish. You will need to break the last one in half to get them all to fit.
Using a spatula or the back of a spoon spread half of the whipped cream on top of the ice cream sandwiches.
Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the whipped topping layer. Than drizzle caramel sauce on as well.
Repeat with the next layer of ice cream sandwiches and spread the remaining whipped topping on the top of the sandwiches.
Drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel on top and add sprinkles.
Freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight for the dessert to become firm.
Slice and serve from the freezer, adding additional whipped cream and cherries on top.
