Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

This ice cream sandwich cake is such an easy and fun dessert that's perfect for summer! It only takes 5 ingredients and about 5 minutes to whip up this creamy chocolate and vanilla frozen ice cream dessert that's absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 24 Ice Cream Sandwiches
  • 16 oz. container whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 4 oz. chocolate syrup
  • 4 oz. caramel sauce
  • sprinkles
  • Maraschino cherries

Instructions

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place 12 unwrapped ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of the baking dish. You will need to break the last one in half to get them all to fit.
  • Using a spatula or the back of a spoon spread half of the whipped cream on top of the ice cream sandwiches.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the whipped topping layer. Than drizzle caramel sauce on as well.
  • Repeat with the next layer of ice cream sandwiches and spread the remaining whipped topping on the top of the sandwiches.
  • Drizzle the chocolate syrup and caramel on top and add sprinkles.
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours or overnight for the dessert to become firm.
  • Slice and serve from the freezer, adding additional whipped cream and cherries on top.
