For the Crust

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup butter, melted

For layer #1 cream cheese filling layer:

  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 large container, whipped topping

Layer #2: pudding layer

  • 2 3.4 ounce packages of Instant Lemon Pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk

Top Layer

  • 1 small container whipped topping


  • Preheat oven to 350.


  • In a food processor, pulse flour, pecans, and butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Bake at 350 until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Let crust cool.

Filling layer #1: Cream cheese layer

  • Mix cream cheese, 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar, and whipped topping. Spread filling on top of cooled crust.

Filling #2: pudding layer

  • Mix both packages of instant lemon pudding and 2 cups of cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Chill for an hour.
  • Spread a small container of whipped topping on the top of the dessert.
  • Chill dessert.
  • Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
