This Lemon Lush recipe is the perfect dessert recipe!
Servings: 12 slices
For the Crust
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup butter, melted
For layer #1 cream cheese filling layer:
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 large container, whipped topping
Layer #2: pudding layer
- 2 3.4 ounce packages of Instant Lemon Pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 small container whipped topping
In a food processor, pulse flour, pecans, and butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350 until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Let crust cool.
Filling layer #1: Cream cheese layer
Filling #2: pudding layer
Mix both packages of instant lemon pudding and 2 cups of cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer. Chill for an hour.
Spread a small container of whipped topping on the top of the dessert.
Garnish with fresh lemon slices.
