Lemon Cake Mix Cookies
This recipe for lemon cake mix cookies is so simple!
Servings: 24 cookies
- 15.25 ounce lemon cake mix 1 box
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 4 Tbsp milk
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Put your mixer on a low speed and mix the boxed cake mix with vegetable oil, and eggs.
Use a cookie scoop and put the cookie dough balls spaced out on the baking sheet.
Bake in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until the top of the cookies start to crack or the edges start to turn brown.
Once the time has passed, take the cookies out of the oven and put them on a rack to cool.
Let rest in the pan for a few moments first though before you move them. Make the glaze at this time by using a whisk to mix the confectioners sugar and milk together.
After the cookies have cooled, drizzle the glaze on top.
