Black Bean Dip
This black bean dip is a lot of fun to make and tastes great, too!
- 15 oz canned black beans drained and mashed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tablespoons salsa
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 Tablespoon jalapeno pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup onion chopped
Preheat oven to 350.
Put black beans in a food processor and pulse a few times until they are mashed, but leaving a few chunks.
In a small mixing bowl, add mashed black beans, chopped jalapeno peppers, chopped onion, salsa, sour cream, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.
Put mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
