Equipment

  • Electric mixer

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons strawberry powder such as Nesquick
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, add the strawberry powder and whipping cream in the bowl. Whisk on high until the ingredients thicken.
  • Once it is thick like whipped cream, scrape the mixture and place into a pastry bag with tip. Set aside for a moment while you get a glass with milk 3/4 of the way up the glass.
  • Using the pastry bag, pipe out the whipped strawberry cream onto the top of the milk. It will sink into the milk for a minute, so keep piping more until you get it higher than the top of the glass.
  • Top with sprinkles, mini marshmallows, or just drink it plain!
