- 2 tablespoons strawberry powder such as Nesquick
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup milk
Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment, add the strawberry powder and whipping cream in the bowl. Whisk on high until the ingredients thicken.
Once it is thick like whipped cream, scrape the mixture and place into a pastry bag with tip. Set aside for a moment while you get a glass with milk 3/4 of the way up the glass.
Using the pastry bag, pipe out the whipped strawberry cream onto the top of the milk. It will sink into the milk for a minute, so keep piping more until you get it higher than the top of the glass.
Top with sprinkles, mini marshmallows, or just drink it plain!
