French's green bean casserole is a classic side dish that has green beans, cream of mushroom soup and topped with fried onions.

  • 16 oz. green beans frozen, cut
  • 10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2.8 oz. French fried onions


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray an 8x8x2 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Cook green beans as per the directions on the package. Drain excess water.
  • In medium sized mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add green beans to the soup mixture and coat beans. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
  • Top with french fried onions.
  • Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until warmed through.
