  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 oz. diced pimentos
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt and black pepper to taste


  • In large bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion, worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt and pepper using a stand mixer or hand mixer. You can also mix by hand, but make sure ingredients are incorporated fully.
  • Add the cheddar cheese and pimento and mix gently to incorporate. (By waiting to add the cheddar cheese and pimento, you’ll see bigger chunks.)


If you want a smoother texture, you can add the cheese and pimento at the same time as the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
