- 1 package 32. oz frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 10 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 medium onion diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
- 2 cups cornflakes
- ¼ cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 9x13 baking dish and set aside.
In medium-sized mixing bowl combine melted butter, sour cream, cream of chicken, onion, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Add in thawed hash browns and cheddar cheese and mix to combine.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
In small mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup melted butter and corn flakes. Mix to cover corn flakes with butter. Spread cornflakes on top of casserole.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
