Place the lid on the Instant Pot. Be sure to turn the knob to seal to prevent it from venting while trying to come to pressure.
Push the Manual button and then the plus or minus button to set the cooking time to 5 minutes.
Prepare an ice bath while the eggs are coming to pressure. I grab a large mixing bowl and fill it with cold water and lots of ice cubes.
Naturally release your Instant Pot for 5 minutes once your eggs have cooked.
Remove eggs from Instant Pot quickly and place them in the prepared ice bath.
Allow eggs to cool for 5 minutes in the ice bath.
Peel the eggs by gently cracking them on a hard surface and slowly pulling off the shell.
