Ingredients

  • 12.5 ounces chicken canned, drained
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce we use Frank's
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature, 1 block
  • 1/2 cup sharp shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In medium-sized bowl, mix together ingredients until incorporated.
    12.5 ounces chicken, 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce, 1/2 cup Ranch dressing, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup sharp shredded cheese
  • Spray a 9 x 9 or 8 x 8 oven-safe baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour chicken mixture into baking dish and put in oven. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and stir.
  • Serve with corn chips, crackers, or celery and vegetables.

Notes

Storage:
Buffalo chicken dip can typically last in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days when stored in an airtight container.
Freezer: if you have any leftovers from the buffalo chicken dip you can freeze it in a freezer-safe container.
When you are ready to enjoy again, just thaw and reheat in the microwave.
