- I can coconut milk full fat, not skim
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
In mixing bowl, stir coconut milk, honey, and vanilla
Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Stir in chia seeds
Pour into small containers (I used 4 oz. mason jars) and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours
