- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips divided
In a large mixing bowl add powdered sugar, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and vanilla extract. With a hand mixer, mix for 1-2 minutes or until fully combined.
Add the chocolate chips to the dip and stir in with wooden spoon. Reserve 1-2 tablespoons to sprinkle on top.
