Cheeseburger Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ onion medium, finely diced
  • 10 ounces diced tomatoes drained
  • ½ cup dill pickle spears chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened, 1 block
  • 1 ½ cups Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, add ground beef, garlic powder, salt and pepper and cook over medium-high heat. Add onions once the meat begins to brown and continue to cook another 5-6 minutes.

  • Once meat is fully browned and onions are soft, remove from heat and drain the grease.
  • Place skillet back on stovetop and reduce heat to low-medium and add the tomatoes, pickles and Worcestershire sauce mixing thoroughly.

  • Add the cream cheese and Velveeta cheese to the mixture, stirring over low heat until fully melted.
