Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in pork chops 1/2 thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Add vegetable oil to a large pan at medium to high heat, season the pork chops with the salt and pepper on both sides and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
  • Once done add the pork chops to the slow cooker and spread the garlic all over the pork chops. Then sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
