- 6 bone-in pork chops 1/2 thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Add vegetable oil to a large pan at medium to high heat, season the pork chops with the salt and pepper on both sides and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until brown.
Once done add the pork chops to the slow cooker and spread the garlic all over the pork chops. Then sprinkle the brown sugar on top.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
