  • 1 ounce tequila
  • ½ ounce triple sec
  • 2 ounces orange juice
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • granulated sugar for the rim
  • fresh orange slices or lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  • To rim the glass, add sugar to a small plate in a shallow layer. Run a lime wedge around the edge of the glass, and then dip the rim into the sugar.

  • For the margarita, to your blender add tequila, triple sec, orange juice, cream of coconut, and ice.

  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into your prepared glass and garnish with an orange slice, lime slice, or both.
