- 8 ounce cream cheese 1 block
- ½ cup confectioner's sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
- 1 lemon juiced
- ¼ teaspoon lemon extract optional, for extra lemon flavor
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 18 ounces fresh blueberries
- fresh lemon zest optional, for garnish
- sliced almonds for topping optional
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped topping, lemon juice, and lemon extract with a rubber spatula until combined.
Add the fresh blueberries and marshmallows and continue to fold it all together and coat in the cream mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Right before serving, garnish with sliced almonds and fresh lemon zest if desired.
