- 8 ounces whipped topping like Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese 1 block, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups red velvet cake mix
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cup mini semi-sweetchocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sprinkles we used white
- 2 Tablespoons pink heart sprinkles
In a large bowl, mix together Cool Whip, heavy cream, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Place red velvet cake mix in bowl and microwave for 30 minutes then let cool.
Add red velvet cake mix and cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture and beat until combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips with spoon or spatula.
Place dip in a serving bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerator for 20 minutes or more to become firm.
Top with sprinkles and serve with cookies and wafers.
