Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces white chocolate almond bark
  • green gel food coloring
  • 16 heart-shaped sprinkles

Instructions

  • Starting by lining an 8”x 8” square baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a double boiler, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and pinch of salt together.
  • Melt on medium heat until almost fully melted.
  • Remove from heat and continue stirring until everything is completely smooth.
  • Add vanilla to the melted chocolate and give it a good stir.
  • Add 4-5 drops of green food coloring (be sure to use oil based food coloring) and mix thoroughly. Add another drop if you want a darker green.
  • Pour homemade fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and let cool for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
  • Pull the parchment paper gently to remove the fudge from the pan. Cut into 16 pieces.
  • Heat almond bark in microwave in a heat proof bowl in 20 second increments until completely melted (stirring between).
  • Next, add about 4 drops of the green food gel to the almond bark and mix well (do not over stir). If the color needs to be a little darker, add one more drop - but do not add too many. (Colors may look a little different but should be the same once they are cooled).
  • Transfer almond bark into piping bad a snip off a small tip off one corner.
Note: If you don't have a piping bag, you can use a freezer bag.
  • Drizzle top of the fudge with almond bark and immediately place a red candy heart sprinkle on top.
  • Let cool completely and serve.
