Black and White Pudding Shots

Black and white layered pudding shots can be made with our without alcohol for any festive fall party!

Equipment

  • 10 2-ounce shot glasses

Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounces cheesecake instant pudding mix 1 box
  • 1 cup cold half and half
  • ½ cup vodka
  • ½ cup whipped cream plus extra for garnish
  • black gel food coloring
  • black jimmy sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add the pudding to a medium mixing bowl and pour in the half and half. Whisk until thickened.
  • Add the vodka and whisk until fully combined and thickened again. If need be, use a hand mixer for quicker results.
  • Add the whipped cream and whisk until well combined.
  • Put half the pudding into a separate bowl.
  • Add the black dye to one bowl and stir until no color streaks appear and the desired color is reached.
  • Using a spoon or a frosting bag and small frosting tip, fill each shot glass about ¼ of the way with white pudding.
  • Follow with a layer of black pudding that fills the glass another 4th of the way.
  • Put another layer of white and then another layer of black to finish filling the shot.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour.
  • Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a bit of the black sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!
