Snickers Salad

This delicious Snickers Salad is a sweet and tart dessert salad that will be a huge hit at your next potluck or family gathering. Tart green apples and sweet Snicker bars are mixed into a creamy pudding and whipped topping base to create a fluffy and decadent dessert that'll have all the kids begging for seconds (and the adults too)!

Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed (like Cool Whip)
  • 6 Granny Smith apples
  • 6 Snickers bars full size
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding and milk until smooth. Chill for 5 minutes to set.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until just combined.
  • Core and dice the apples, reserve one apple for garnish.
  • Chop Snickers bars into bite-sized pieces. Reserve one candy bar for garnish.
  • Add apples and Snicker’s pieces to the pudding mixture and fold until apples and Snickers are covered. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  • Just before serving, top with remaining apple and Snickers and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce

Notes

If making ahead, toss the apple pieces in lemon juice and pat dry then continue with directions. Save the last apple to cut just before serving.
