Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Milk
  • ½ cup Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries unsweetened - blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

  • For best results use frozen berries, as this fruit is frozen fresh to retain full flavor, and will also make a refreshingly cool drink for you.
  • For an even blend for your smoothie, keep an eye on your blender when it is on to ensure the fruit doesn’t get stuck under the blades.
  • If you use fresh berries be sure to wash them before adding them to the blender, and you may need to use some fruit juice in the mix if your smoothie is too thick. Apple juice has a fairly neutral flavor that combines well with most fruit.
