Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white rice uncooked
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 10.5 ounces beef consume 1 can, not beef broth

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In 1 quart casserole dish, add all ingredients.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
