Caramel protein shake

or sugar substitute

pumpkin puree

cold coffee

whipped cream

crushed graham crackers

Instructions
In a very large cup, mix ingredients, except for garnishes. Pour over two cups filled with ice.
Top with whipped cream and graham crackers.
