INGREDIENTS

– Zucchini – Spaghetti – Cream – Olive Oil – Salt – Pepper

Wash and dry zucchini thoroughly, then cut off the ends. Grate 2 of the zucchinis on the smallest hole of the box grater, creating tiny shreds of zucchini.

Next, switch to the medium-sized hole and grate the other two zucchinis, creating thin zucchini noodles. Squeeze out any excess water. Set aside.

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it's al dente. While the spaghetti cooks, let's prepare the sauce.
