Valentine's Hot Cocoa Bombs

Make these sweet hot chocolate bombs for Valentine’s Day. These pink chocolate shells are filled with cocoa, mini marshmallows, and Valentine’s sprinkles!

INGREDIENTS

– Candy melts – Mini marshmallows – Hot cocoa mix  – White chips – Sprinkles

1

Melt candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir in between each interval. Pour about two tablespoons melted chocolate into each sphere of the silicone mold.

Using the back of a spoon spread the chocolate around the sides until it's completely covered. Use a bench scraper to scrape across the top of the molds, to remove excess chocolate.

2

Place in refrigerator to harden. Remove and add more chocolate, filling any holes. Repeat until you have thick spheres.

3

Once hard, remove from mold. Place back in the refrigerator to cool for a few minutes. The heat from your hands will soften the edges.
