Red Velvet Brownies

Red velvet brownies with cream cheese frosting are small bites of heaven. Topped with a silky cream cheese frosting these are going to be a special treat.

INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips – Granulated Sugar – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Apple Cider Vinegar

In a medium size pan over low heat melt butter and chocolate chips stirring frequently until completely melted and smooth. Remove from heat.

Whisk in sugar until well mixed. Add eggs one at a time mixing thoroughly between each addition. Stir in vanilla, salt, and vinegar.

In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder and salt until well mixed. Gradually add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture mixing well between each addition.

Add in 1 tsp red food coloring. Mix well, if a deeper color is desired add more food coloring and continue mixing until evenly mixed.
