This pumpkin roll is a moist pumpkin sheet cake filled with a decadent cream cheese filling rolled into a spiral. It's a great dessert for fall, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!

INGREDIENTS

Pumpkin Cake Batter: - Confectioner’s sugar - All-purpose flour - Baking powder - Baking soda - Cinnamon - Cloves - Salt - Eggs - Granulated sugar - Pumpkin puree - Walnuts

In large bowl, beat eggs and granulated sugar with electric mixer with the paddle attachment, until combined.

In small mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and salt.

Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing well as you add. Spread pumpkin mixture in an even layer into prepared pan. Sprinkle with walnuts, if using.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until top of pumpkin sheet cake springs back when touched. Immediately loosen cake and turn out onto prepared towel.
