Pumpkin Breakfast Casserole

– French bread – 2 cups milk – ½ cup heavy cream – ½ cup light brown sugar – 1 cup pumpkin puree  – 6 eggs – 2 Tablespoons vanilla – 1 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice

Cube the loaf of French bread and place evenly on the bottom of a  baking dish.

In medium-sized mixing bowl add the milk, cream, sugar, eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin  pie spice

Whisk mixture together until it's fully combined.

Pour pumpkin cream mixture on top of cubed bread making sure to cover all of the bread.

Sprinkle butter sugar mixture on top of bread and custard.

Bake at 350 for  45-55 minutes.
