Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a cutting board, cover ham with pineapple slices using toothpicks to secure. Add cherries to middle of slices.
In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey and pineapple juice. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and mixture thickens a little.
After 45 minutes in the oven, uncover ham and begin basting with brown sugar marinade. Brush over the outside of the ham.
