On a cutting board, cover the spiral ham with pineapple slices using toothpicks to secure. Add cherries to middle of slices. Place ham in a baking dish with one cup water.
In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey and pineapple juice. Cook the sugar mixture over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the honey glaze thickens up a little.
After 45 minutes in the oven, uncover the honey ham and begin basting with the brown sugar glaze. Brush over the outside of the ham.
Cook for another 10 minutes and repeat 3 times with the rest of the glaze or until the pineapple begins to brown.
